Asus has missed the UK recently when launching phones over the last few years with fans resorting to importing devices from afar to test them out, however, they are proving very popular in the US and Asia. This time, there might be a different story, Asus is teasing the launch of their next smartphone, the Zenfone 4, with invitations featuring an image of Tower Bridge and dual lenses.
The official invite sent out to the media on Monday contains a variety of images from all over the world, Hong Kong, London being instantly recognisable. No details of the phone’s launch in the UK have been confirmed, however, this is all purely speculation. The event is set for 19 August in the Philippines. We know very little else about the Zenfone 4 at this point, however, the Zenfone 4 Max is reported to have launched in Russia which is likely to share similarities with the ZenFone 4. The Max features a 5.5-inch screen with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 or 425, 3GB RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera, and a wide-angle 12mm second camera.
It would be brilliant to see Asus offering their phones here in the UK again, in the meantime have a look at the Zenfone 4 Max, in pink.
