Following the OnePlus 5T being the fastest selling device in the company’s history, the OnePlus 5T is now sold out across Europe on OnePlus.com, ahead of schedule.
OnePlus is only four years old and 2017 saw the company double its revenue year-on-year to over $1.4 billion, with the OnePlus 5T winning acclaim from critics and customers alike. The OnePlus 5T has been the biggest selling OnePlus device to date, and sold out in North America in March 2018, well ahead of expectation.
2018 has already proven to be an exciting year for OnePlus with two new partnerships in Europe. Earlier this year, the company announced a new operator deal with Telia in Sweden, and a retailer agreement with Amazon in Germany, with more partnerships to be announced in the coming months. These are in addition to existing partnerships with O2 in the UK, Elisa in Finland and 3 in Denmark.
“OnePlus was born from a simple idea – to give people the best possible smartphone, a beautiful balance of power and design,” Pete Lau, CEO and founder of OnePlus said, “We’ve always worked closely with our community, listening to and implementing feedback and that’s one of the reasons for the success of the OnePlus 5T, so I’d like to thank them for helping us to constantly improve and driving our growth in Europe.”
Some stock is still available through operator and retailer partners in certain markets. You can see our review of the OnePlus 5T in Lava Red here.
